Demo · synthetic data for illustration

Benchmark your SBIC fund and deal book against the whole market.

An anonymized, aggregate-only intelligence layer for SBIC general partners and their limited partners — built on the data points captured in Form 468 and Form 1031. Aggregates only, never a single identifiable row.

What's inside

Built for the people actually doing the work

Deal comp search
Pull aggregate rates, maturities, equity %, and SBIC participation for any NAICS / state / quarter slice. Min cohort 5, no raw rows.
Fund benchmarking
Your fund's deal book vs. the SBIC market — p25 / median / p75 for every metric, with quartile-position labels.
LP portfolio aggregates
Every fund you've committed to, portfolio-wide averages alongside the rest-of-market, and per-fund drilldown.
Fund-family graph
Tier-1 connections derived from public team and portfolio company data. Find who's related to whom.
Universal analytics
Pick any datapoint in the dataset, slice it by any dimension, filter freely. Auto-selected chart types.
AI query
Ask natural-language questions against the anonymized schema. Grounded on the cohort guard — can't surface Tier-3.
Aggregation by default
No path in the UI or API exposes individual identifiable rows. SQL RPCs enforce cohort-5 at the function layer.
Re-aggregates on upload
Each new 468 / 1031 you upload re-folds into the aggregates on the next query. No nightly batch lag.
For GPs

Benchmark your fund, win your next LP meeting

  • • Upload your Form 1031s from the past three years — we anonymize and aggregate.
  • • Compare your rate, maturity, equity %, and participation to the live market.
  • • Slice comps by sector, state, stage, and quarter — the whole SBIC cohort, one click.
For LPs

See your portfolio vs. the market, in one view

  • • Upload the most recent Form 468 for each fund in your portfolio.
  • • Get your portfolio-wide averages (p25 / median / p75) side-by-side with the rest of the market.
  • • Click any commitment for a per-fund benchmark drilldown.
How it works

From filing to benchmark in three steps

01
File your forms
Upload your SBA 468 (annual) and 1031 (quarterly) submissions. We parse, normalize, and anonymize.
02
Aggregate by default
Every query is answered by an RPC that enforces min cohort 5. No path returns individual rows outside your own owner view.
03
Query anything
Rates, maturities, equity splits, deal flow — any datapoint, any dimension, any filter. Charts auto-render.
Security & privacy

Built for regulated buyers

Filings carry confidential portfolio-company data. The platform is engineered around that — not around it.

Encryption in transit and at rest
TLS 1.2+ everywhere. Managed encryption on the database and object storage.
Role-based access controls
Postgres row-level security gates every base table. Service-role keys are server-only — never reach the browser.
Cohort-of-5 anonymization
Every cross-firm aggregate enforces a minimum cohort of five at the SQL function layer. No path emits individual rows outside your own owner view.
US-based data hosting
All data is stored and processed in the United States. Sub-processors limited to Vercel, Supabase, and (when enabled) Anthropic.
Audit-ready logging
Administrative actions are logged with actor, target, and timestamp. Audit trail surfaces in the admin console.
Coordinated disclosure
Researchers can report findings via security.txt. We commit to acknowledge within 48 hours.
Common questions

Frequently asked

Will anyone see my firm's individual deals?
No. Every market-facing view aggregates with a minimum cohort of 5, enforced in SQL. Your fund's own detail is visible only to your organization and to platform admins.
What's the data source?
SBA Form 468 (annual fund financials) and Form 1031 (quarterly deal reports), plus the SBA SBIC directory. Demo data on this site is synthetic — generated to match real SBIC distributions, but not derived from real filings.
Who is this for?
GPs benchmarking their own SBIC against peers, LPs monitoring a portfolio of commitments, and program-style analysts looking at the dataset across funds. Single sign-on planned.
Is it free?
The directory is public. The demo personas are free. Paid tiers are planned for production usage — talk to us once your firm is ready to roll off demo data.
